Good evening Sharks, this is Principal Smith with your Weekly Update. I hope you all received the survey link from Mr. Jack Tateel regarding the school dress code. The link connects you to Survey Monkey and I hope you will complete the very short survey, so I can have your input on the Dress Code.

On Monday, May 2, students will be given their 15 week progress reports. Please sign them and have your student return it to their Period 1 teacher.

Friday, May 6: US History

Our annual Sparkle Saturday is this coming Saturday, May 7, from 9 am to 1:00 pm; all are welcome to come and lend a hand to spruce up our school!We will be joined by LA Beautification who will be planting trees in our empty tree wells!

Looking ahead: Thursday, May 12th is the School Site Council Meeting, all are welcome. The “Black Light Dance” is Friday, May 13th. On May 15th at the Hilton Hotel in Glendale there are College Presentations. You must RSVP with Ms. Torres. The Comic and Game Convention is happening on May 21st at Daniel Pearl Magnet HS!
