All incoming NEW students must bring these forms to finalize enrollment. This is for new students who have been accepted. This is not for people hoping to get in on the waiting list.

Please print the forms at home and fill them out in advance. Bring the completed forms and supplemental documents to school between the hours of 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Preferred Due date June 17th or anytime prior.

Please look at the title of each section to know which items you need to bring in to school. Please bring in supporting documents listed on the final page of the enrollment packet as well.
