Ms. Torres has been our Guidance Counselor here at DPMHS since 2011. She is also our Registrar and the Coordinator of the Advanced Placement Program.

Ms. Torres received a Masters in Counseling and Guidance from California Lutheran University and a Bachelors in Child Development from California State University Los Angeles. She holds Pupil/Personnel Services and Multiple Subjects credentials. She is a member of the Western Association of College Admissions Counselors, Northern Association of College Admissions Counselors, and the National Education Association.

In addition to her time at DPMHS, she has taught at the elementary school, middle school, and community college levels, and has been a College Advising Counselor.
