It is imperative and mandatory that each and every parent submit a Meal Assistance application to LAUSD, whether or not you actually qualify or wish to seek the assistance.

Daniel Pearl Magnet High School must have applications submitted for 100% of our student population in order for us to receive full funding from LAUSD for the 2017-2018 school year. Due to the overwhelming need for this to be met, one of the mandatory stations at next week’s orientations will be checking for proof that you have completed the application. Proof is either a copy of the form you have mailed in, or a print out of the confirmation page if you submitted online.

Submitting online is extremely quick and simple. Just follow the steps as they present them. If you are sure you do not qualify for assistance, there is a check box to signify that right after you enter your name. If you do check it, there are only 2 more steps to the entire process, enter your student’s name and enter your name again as an online signature. Be sure to print the confirmation form and bring it to orientation.

Asegúrese de imprimir el formulario de confirmación y llevarlo a la orientación.
