Weekly Update

February 18, 2018 at 9:08 pm

Good evening Sharks, this is Principal Smith with your Weekly Message. First, I want to reassure you that I am always monitoring our school for safety, walk the campus every day numerous times, and re-evaluate safety, evacuation, and security procedures frequently. Additionally, random metal detection and locker searches are done daily. The front office has a copy of our school’s safety plan and is always available for review. I conduct various drills throughout the school year to ensure that students and staff know the procedures.

Our Jupiter system has a Hotline Message system that allows anyone to submit a confidential, anonymous message and I am the only one that receives these messages. I do receive hotline messages for a variety of reasons and always take them seriously. I follow-up or investigate any concerns that come to me. Please continue to use the hotline.
