A Place to Belong

Welcome to DPMHS, LAUSD’s smallest stand-alone comprehensive high school. We offer a safe, supportive learning environment in which every student benefits from rigorous academics and a focus on journalism and communications. They also have the chance to work on an award-winning student newspaper, perform in a thriving music program, and play sports.  98-100% of our seniors have graduated over the last 4 years.

Because we’re a small school, your student has a better chance of getting the attention they deserve. But we don’t have room for everyone. Make sure that your student gets the education they deserve.
